"My wife and I have used Bon Voyage Travel, in particular Susan Entringer, since 2020 after the height of the Covid pandemic. Although prior to Covid, we had always been rather independent planning our extensive travels. With Covid, it became more difficult to navigate around the world, thus we turned to Susan for assistance. We continue to use Susan to assist us with our more extended travel plans as she has always done a fabulous job. As we get older, travel gets a bit more complicated, and Susan has been quite helpful in navigating us through some of those issues. My wife and I are retired physicians who both have borderline OCD. It is valuable to have a travel agent with similar traits to keep us squared away."
